We've been making cheese since spring 2014 and in February 2015 we entered three cheeses in the NZ Speciality Cheese Association's cheese competition. Our customers love our cheese and the judges gave us the thumbs up too. We were very excited to win a gold medal for our chilli Halloumi and bronze for the Feta and Marama.
Our 2016 medal colour at the cheese awards was silver, silver, silver for the Garlic Halloumi, Feta and Coppermine plus another silver for a Camembert we make on behalf of Aran Farm.
