Doe Rei Mi - Soft Washed-rind Cheese
Doe Rei Mi is a soft washed-rind style cheese made with goat's milk. Its name is made up of three parts; doe is one of the names of a female goat and rei is Te Reo (Maori name) for the colour ivory. Then once you start saying Doe Rei then Mi is the natural ending because of course, it sounds like the lyrics from famous Sound of Music song.
