Our cow's milk Feta (soon to be called Fiesta) has its own unique tangy flavour. This feta has more colour in its cheeks than usual because the milk comes from grass-fed cows. The versatile cheese is both creamy and crumbly at the same time. It is an essential part of any salad or pasta dish, it is great on a pizza and in a dip for snacking.
Phoenix Feta is our goat's milk variant, it's light and fresh, firm enough to crumble or chop into cubes.
